Chef Rekha’s culinary journey began in her family kitchen in Punjab, India, where cooking was a way of life.
Trained and certified in Amritsar, she refined her skills in the heartland of Punjabi cuisine and later earned national recognition as a runner-up on Indian MasterChef.
Now the founder of Lishkara, Chef Rekha brings authentic Punjabi soul food to Swindon, combining family traditions with refined technique.
Her mission is simple: to share the warmth, richness, and true shine of Punjabi cuisine with the local community.
